Course details:

  • Live online sessions will take place on Mondays at 8.15pm on the following dates: 5th October, 12th October, 19th October, 2nd November, 9th November, 16th November, 23rd November, 30th November (note: there’s no session on 26th October as it’s half term).

  1. Complete this short survey here as this contains important information for all participants including your address so I can post you a handbook

  2. Buy a copy of this book if you don’t own it already – Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World - I ask anyone who hasn’t read it to try and complete it over the duration of the course.

Your Teach 10 Handbook

Add your address on the survey before Wednesday 30th October and I’ll send you a handbook including the main knowledge base document, slides for each session with space for notes, references, all scripts, and a week-by-week teaching guide.
