The main barrier I hear for why people don’t take any ‘me time’ – I have NO TIME.
I get it. I really do. I am a busy working mum with 4 kids so I totally understand the lack of time and lack of headspace for yourself, and that’s why my approach to mindfulness and self-care is all about a Power Pause.
Self-care doesn’t need to take a long time to be powerful. There is Power in the Pause. Just a couple of minutes can make a BIG difference to your mental and emotional wellbeing. And you can micro-dose on these Power Pause moments throughout your day to keep you going.
